    Database Cleanup
Records older than this many days are deleted nightly at 2 AM ET from all scraped log tables and email logs.
Number of rows deleted per batch. Lower values reduce transaction log pressure; higher values run faster. (100–10,000)

Documents older than this many days are deleted nightly at 3 AM ET from the AppLogs and JobLogs indices.
Scroll size passed to Elasticsearch delete-by-query. (100–10,000)
Deleted documents linger as disk "tombstones" until segments merge naturally. Reclaim forces that merge — I/O-heavy, so only worth running after a large one-off cleanup (e.g. lowering retention), and only once the cleanup has fully finished.
    Sync
Maximum number of log records fetched from each site per sync cycle. (1,000–200,000)
When on, the All Sites overview shows an App/Job toggle and each site sync updates the cross-site snapshot for job logs. Disabled by default — app logs are usually the higher-signal source for cross-site recurrences.
    Elasticsearch Index

Re-indexes all scraped logs from every active site into Elasticsearch. Use this for the initial index build or to recover after a mapping change. Runs in the background — safe to navigate away.

    User Roles
    Add Deprioritized Pattern

Logs matching this regex will be hidden from the Priority view. The pattern is pre-filled from the log message — edit to make it more general.

    Rebuild Priority?

Pattern saved. Optionally rebuild log priority scores for a date range — this re-evaluates all logs against current patterns and updates Elasticsearch.

    Add Alert Pattern

Logs matching this regex will trigger an email alert to the site owner after each sync. The pattern is pre-filled from the log message — edit to make it more general.

    Log Types

Unchecked types are deprioritized — excluded from the priority view and alerts.

    Update Connection
Update this if your credential provider regenerated a different endpoint.
    Add SQL Connection
Heads up: credentials are stored in plain text in the monitoring database and intended to be short-lived (defaults to ~1 hour). The card auto-removes itself when the remote DB rejects authentication.
